I have already registered to the Conference originally planned for May 2020. Am I automatically registered to the virtual conference?

Yes, you are automatically registered to the virtual conference. Further details and guidance on how to access the conference platform will be announced in due course.

What if I am not available during the new conference dates?

The content including lectures and e-posters will be available on-demand for a period of 3 months after the conference dates, for all registered participants.

What do I get as a registered participant?

• Access to all scientific content as per program including participation in live discussions

• Access to satellite symposiums

• Online access to a VOD library of all lectures, abstracts and e-posters up to 3 months after the conference dates

• Access to the virtual exhibition

• Network with colleagues.

What do I need in order to attend the virtual conference?

In order to attend the virtual conference, you need to have a good internet connection, a computer (preferred) or a mobile device, and a valid registration. Login details will be sent to you few days prior to the opening date of the conference.

Will all the traditional sessions of the conference also be held at the virtual conference?

The organizers are doing their best to ensure that the virtual conference program will incorporate as much of the conference content and activities as possible. All individuals involved will be contacted and ongoing updates on program scheduling will be announced in due course.
